July 1811  Meadow Creek Conf. Delila Long restored in full fellowship with the church. Received Joseph Howell Sr and his wife Margret by letter
Mch 1814  Washington Meeting House, Mch 1814. Polly Long, wife of Peter Long dismissed by letter. Joseph Barnes having been considered disorderly by the church for not attending church meeting the church has appointed Brother James Little to cite him to attend at our church meeting and he having neglected to attend and by records and from testimony of Brother Helim by stating that he the said Barnes is disorderly by drinking to an excess and by breaking the sabath by hunting as such the church withdrawed themselves from him the said Barnes being excluded from fellowship.
Sept 1814  Washington Conf. The church withdrawd from Barnard Bird he moving off in disorder being in debt and not paying his debts.
May 1815  Washington Conf. The church withdrawd from Andy Bird for drinking to an excess twice and not complying with the orders of the church by not attending
Sept 1821  Meadow Creek Meeting House Conf. The church withdrawd from brother Thos Berry for joining the Methodist Society and for refusing to obey the church when cited to attend respecting the dispute between brother Geo. Long and brother Pinion.
Oct 1824  Meadow Creek conf. Then the church withdrawd from sister Elizabeth Long for neglecting to hear the church when cited to attend and for other disorderly conduct.
