Winston County, Alabama between 1851 and 1858. Tamelia E. Long
was the
last child born to Charles R. and Rutha Long. She was born in
Winston
County, Alabama which indicates that the family moved from Lumpkin
County, Georgia sometimes between Charles T. Long's birth on
July 20,
1851 and March 29, 1858 when Tamelia E. Long was born. Charlie
R. Long
