Suit of Thomas Dowde and Margaret his wife, only surviving
sister of John Whitty of London, mariner, deceased versus Sarah,
relect of John Whitty and John Currier of London, merchant. John
Whitty had plantations in Carolina, Virginia, and New Jersey
which Dowde alleges to have devised by will to his wife.
