to L100. Present his majesties justies John Waller, Jr, John
Spotswood, Robt Jackson, Charles Dick, gentlemen.....As Joseph
Spenster alias Dowdey being brought to th ebar, and the court
having examined and heard the witnesses is of the opinion that
he is guilty in such manner that he ought to be sent to the public
jail in the city of Williamsburg in order for further trial before
the court of Oyer and Terminer on the 2nd Tuesday in Dec next
and that the sherriff remove him as soon as conveniently may
be and deliver him to the public jail keeper. |
