Sep 21, 1853- Upon the petition of Jeremiah DOWDY and others it is ordered by the Court that the Sheriff of Wayne County summonds and qualify a Jury to consist of not less than five nor more than twelve house holders or free holders to view and mark out a change in the Road of second Class leading from Waynesboro to Linden to leave the Old road at the fork of the road above Claton THARPs and intersect the same near Wm R BELLs Tanery and that they report the same to the October next of this Court Issd
