Power of Attorney: "We John Whitaker, Thos Jarvis, Josiah Dowdey, John Gibson, Saml Baker, John Gilbart brother and heir toWm Gilbert decd in the services of this state, Joseph Sanderson, brother and heir to Caleb Sanderson decd in service of this state, Mary Luts, dau and heir of John Luts decd in service of this state, appoint Spence Hall attorney to receive all moneies and certificates due for serving in the batallions of state in Continental Service.
